Our COBRA services are comprehensive.  We Will:

Ø      Provide the Initial Notice of COBRA Rights as required by law

Ø      Mail notices of Qualifying Events and Election Forms to beneficiaries

Ø      Process Elections

Ø      Collect COBRA premiums monthly

Ø      Generate grace letters for late payments

Ø      Remit premiums to employer or insurer monthly

Ø      Supply monthly reports of new elections, premium collection and terminations

Ø      Interpret and apply laws and regulations to individual participant situations

Ø      Prepare HIPAA certificates as COBRA coverage ends

Ø      Communicate with COBRA beneficiaries through a toll-free customer service line, e-mail, and Internet access

Ø      Maintain all documents and records of transactions for proof of compliance 

Our fees are reasonable

Included in our origination fee is our COBRA Customer Documentation Binder, with copies of our forms, procedures, etc., and a review of your current procedures for compliance. We assume your existing active COBRA accounts.  Thereafter we charge a one-time fee for each COBRA qualifying event.
